Aaaaahhhh... Crap.

Well its been over a month since my last post.... and frankly I'm too lazy to do this entry justice in spite of my sabbatical.

I'd say if you're bored enough to be reading this thing, it means you desperately need a way to waste time, because honestly reading my thoughts is a shitty way to entertain oneself. So, why not watch some videos? Unfortunately, due to my aforementioned laziness I am not up for embedding anything or even creating proper hyperlinks. So just copy and paste these items where I tell you to and I wish you a happy sedentary day! (at least until the drinking begins.... then I start smoking cigarettes like I'm trying to qualify for the olympic cig smoking trials. Its a workout unto itself that actually makes you less healthy. Too bad its the only routine I can seem to stick with)

OK.

YouTube... I personally subscribe to the following. The list is short bc I cant really stand YouTube and its self-consuming infatuation with keeping its community self-consuming. Its like MySpace with more of the talking and zeee moving pictures. Anyway... check these out:

The Angry Nintendo/Video Game Nerd - Search for some combination of those words and you'll find the work of James, The Angry Nintendo Nerd. Not appropriate unless you're really into video games, or unfunny almost incoherent strings of expletives. So yeah... I'm a fan.

The Resident - A cable access show from Manhattan. If I could ever rise to the level of this girl's cool I'd marry her in a second, or maybe I should just try to become independently wealthy so I can quit my day job and stalk her. Either way, it seems likely that I'm gonna have to forever settle for the video clips she uploads.

Mark Day - He's Scottish, lives in San Fran, has at least one wall in his house thats yellow, and he's occasionally hilarious. Other times just funny. He has some call backs he uses video to video so its probably best to watch from the beginning. Good way to kill an hour.

The Richard Dawkins net - Using it as my online aetheist church, I try to watch at least one hour of Richard Dawkins videos each Sunday morning while I kneel in front of the computer, dressed in my suit and tie, with my hands clasped in pious reflection on why more people don't realize the Bible is just Grimm's Fairy Tales with a more zealous fan base.

Still Bored? Well Richard H Dawkins.... check out peekvids.com or yourtvlinks.com and watch some tv or movies online for free. The video can be low quality..... so just do what I do... turn that flat panel monitor towards the bed/easy chair/soap box and watch from a comfortable distance. Unless, you have excellent eye sight or are just an asshole, the quality shouldnt be too disturbing from a distance.

Finally, just type random shit into StumbleUpon and let other people show you shit they think is cool. I like to just select the "Liberal Politics" category and do a shot of Jagermeister everytime someone says "Gitmo", "Talking Points", or "neo-con". Only takes ten minutes to pass out and then you'll spend the rest of the day sleeping instead of trying to find something better than blogging.
